Department of Physics Physics is significant and influential with its advanced understanding resulting in new technologies, with the collaboration of other Sciences, Mathematics, and Philosophy. The faculties of department with their vast teaching & research experience ensure students’ development with the practical application of the knowledge.The department of physics has two engineering physics laboratories. Department of Chemistry The department of chemistry focuses on students development with its experienced and knowledgeable faculty. It has two Engineering Chemistry labs. Each Laboratory is well located with an airy and spacious hall including a store room for safe keeping of explosive & corrosive chemicals in view of the Laboratory safety. The experiments prescribed by RTU have been carefully planned in cycles so that individual student can conduct experiments independently.
The Chemistry Laboratory is well equipped with various instruments other than the usual glasswares & chemicals which includes: Digital Spectrophotometer , Dissolve Oxygen meter, Pensky Marten Flash Point Apparatus , Cloud and Pour Point, Flash & Fire Point Apparatus , Redwood Viscometer No.1, Muffle Furnace , Water Bath(6 holes) , Water distillation Unit, Digital pH meter ,TDS meter, Scientific Balance, Analytical Balance and conductivity meter.

Department of English The Department of English has two Digital Language labs which are helpful to enrich the communication and soft skills of the students. The lab aims at providing facilities for Personality Development classes, Soft Skills training, Written and Spoken Proficiency skills, preparing students for facing Job Interviews. All the faculty members are skilled trainers in the basic skills of Listening & Speaking with the use of modern approach of teaching with technology.
